How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who reach Announcementdry Pest Control to get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Announcementdry Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Announcementdry Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.

How to File

Email contact@announcementdry.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
